Adult autism book recommendations

Suddenly today, I feel ready to tackle a book about the autistic experience as an adult.📕 I checked out the Asperger's and Autism Books subforum here, and there are 133 entries there. Wow!

Rather than picking from there at random and hoping, I wanted to ask: does anyone have a recommendation or two -- something general, or something that discusses handling things that come along with for me (like anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, alexithymia).

This one is pretty good if you have sensory issues (not a link I just underlined the title)
