I found an article that could explain a phenomenon that myself and at least one other individual on this forum have discussed experiencing. I thought I must have cyclothymia (bipolar's milder cousin condition) but did not see unexplainable depression cycles only "hypomanic " ones. I have been depressed before but for a specific reason as opposed to randomly. Knowing that I have ADHD I now believe that this makes more sense.
