Adapting to New Realities

Working on 10
One of your other comments in your previous post is accurate, I don't think we're made to just get up and race off to work in the mornings. Early morning is the best time to hunt, most animals are on the move at dusk and dawn, and as the sun rises you have enough light to clean your kill, but the rush and panic that I used to wake up to every morning when I was young is no way to live your life.

In that respect a lot of younger Aussies seem to be doing things differently these days, they're getting up earlier and going out doing things before they go to work in the morning, some go for exercise but many go out in the mornings simply for pleasure before work. A relaxed swim at the beach followed by breakfast in a cafe.
