A-Z Foods with images

Jaffles are like campfire toasties. Using a jaffle iron (see below) a slice of bread is laid on each side, any filling of your choosing piled on one side (cheese is a common ingredient due to its melty goodness) then the two halves are folded together, secured with the loop on the handle, and then thrust into the fire, ideally into the coals. Wait an appropriate time, pull it out, open it up and there’s your jaffle.

Lemon bars

I asked my daughter to name a food that starts with L. She exclaimed "Lemon Bars! Lemon Bars". Then we reminisced about how much we love lemon bars. I remembered I have a recipe.
