A daily schedule

Using a schedule everyday somewhat is helping my Aspergers symptoms ... Unless it is interrupted then panic attacks. But considering I still cannot work because of immigration, well I just feel like a loser.

Where are you from? Everyone feels that way occasionally. Just keep working hard at the what you can work at.

Oh I see. I was born in California and have no desire to go back. The drought is bad from what I hear. Stay safe. Say, where in California? Northern? Southern?

You have to be a permanent resident of the UK to claim benefits from the state there.

Why can't you work? Are you on a tourist visa? Can you change this?

Yes, a daily routine can help you to feel that you have some control over your situation, and it can help to relieve stress. But if you are going to look for work or sort out immigration papers, you will need to be flexible.

Are you saying that it is illegal for you to work? I'm sorry about that. I am often disappointed in my own country. :(
