  • I am now unemployed effective immediately. Time for me to learn how to live off SSDI alone.

Sorry to hear that. Hopefully leaving that behind will be better for you than staying in it.

With your skillset and huge heart you won't be unemployed for long hopefully.

Sorry to hear that. Should I ask what happened, or do we leave it like that? We are here to listen if you want to rant. Just remember that it is not the end of the world, even if it may feel like that for a moment <3

Some people just shouldn't be allowed to be outside of their houses, like what the hell was in his brain.

Having underwritten auto insurance for so many years, it never surprised any of us to see an MVR showing violations far beyond a suspension. Happens all the time. I still recall ordering an mvr on a new applicant whose record was 26 pages long.
I just got want my cough and sore throat to go away. It’s been three weeks since I got the flu, now this is all that is left.

OK, maybe my mother is not the worst mother in the world. Or maybe I should take a break from YouTube to restore faith in humanity.

YouTube doesn't exactly do great things for my faith in humanity either. I would not be able to stomach that video, by the looks of it.
Take a break, listen to some music or read a book, do something relaxing :)

Yeah, I guess being a better mother than these women is a very low bar to jump over.

A reminder that it could of been worse isn't exactly bad. But be mindful to not overindulge in such things, as they do affect the mind negatively for certain.
I realize I have not had a drink in a very long while and I forgot when my last drink was so I have no idea what my exact sobriety date is.

That honestly sounds like it was a good thing.

All you need to know is that you are sober now. This is a positive.
I am feeling a bit lonely, so I am making this post. We can be lonely together if we wanted to be.

I never get lonely these days.
Studies suggest that those over 50 tend to have greater peace of mind.

^The article talked about older people coming to terms with a finite existence and goals that haven't been achieved, after having gone through the midlife crisis.
I have been watching YouTube videos of entitled Karens getting arrested by police who are giving them the treatment they deserve. It is satisfying.
I am eating chicken soup and watching a few episodes of The Golden Girls tonight. Come on, does anybody outside of Bea Arthur really hate Betty White?

Betty White seemed like she was basically a saint. I don't think I've ever really met anyone who disliked her, or Dolly Parton, either.

I’ve never watched an episode of Golden Girls. I honestly didn’t know about it until ten years ago.
Just a viewing recommendation for you, I thought you might like it. A British TV series called Torchwood, Dr Who type stories but the lead character is gay. I think the Welsh girl is really cute too.

That's a Dr. Who spinoff, right? I've read that it's mostly set in Cardiff, Wales. The premise is that a spacetime rift was discovered in Cardiff in the Victorian era, and the job of the people played by the lead actors is to keep a lid on it the best they can.

Torchwood is an anagram of Doctor Who.
I just had my birthday dinner at Texas de Brazil. No regrets until tomorrow.
