I am not an invalid. I am not cognitively impaired. I am not delusional or psychotic. I never was any of those things. I am not what my family tells everybody I am - I refuse to own their insecurities any longer.
I forget to take a single dose of my antidepressant, I become horribly sad that afternoon. I wish my brain were not such a mess, especially since my family uses that against me when I talk about abuse I lived through.

I was ghosted by a friend, and now I find out he ghosted all of our mutual friends as well, so I can't be taking that personally.
I feel like sipping Cuba Libres, eating nachos, and watching the most depressing movies ever made, one after another, all weekend long. Maybe I'll do that with virgin Cuba Libres.
It seems clear to me that most people in my daily life want me to die.
I feel like sipping a Negroni in a beachside cafe, checking out the hot swimmer guys in their swimsuits.

I just got fasting blood work done this morning. Most of my stats are within normal range, but my cholesterol is way too high. That worries me.
I wish I did not have GERD symptoms right now.
