  • Well, the internet is down in my home, and now I have deal with the dreaded call of the internet service provider.
Does anybody else hate when someone uses the vacuum cleaner? I feel like a dog or something.

Yes, I hate the vacuum cleaner, leaf blowers, lawn mowers, loud traffic noises, and loud music.
So, my boss called called me to come in early, and there goes my plans for the day. Don't they know I have a schedule to keep?
So, I spilled a smoothie all over myself, and am now going to take a bath. I hate being sticky.

Yuck. Just had a fancy coffee smoothie this morning. So happy.
It's good to know that other adults get diagnosed with autism late. Kinda shows that there's always more to learn about the spectrum.
So, there's this thing that I've recently noticed around some members of my family. Since, finding out about my autism, there's the obvious "You don't look autistic and just want attention" responses, but what's worse than that is the ones who now treat me as if I were a child and can't do anything for myself (usually older family members).
Why is it so hard to communicate my feelings to others without sounding like a disinterested and uncaring robot?
Don't you hate it when people keeps commenting on your "weird" behavior? How about you stop caring so much about people being different than you?

I agree, people love to police others in all areas of life. Thought, behaviour, emotions, presentation etc. It's a sort of in built social control humans have.

    Yup, the thought police.
Anyone else get freak out when you see images of people staring at you.

No but I don't like visual ASMR YouTube videos where a sexy girl who's doing the video stares into the camera, with her overdone make-up and huge breasts, as she's doing the ASMR things. Ew.
