    There once was a time when I had three local friends who visited me on a weekly basis. One of them ditched me because he has a girlfriend and is whipped. Another one goes into prison today for three years for dumb things he done while drunk. The last one is too busy with family drama to visit me anytime soon. I have no local social life left.

    Nothing but sympathy here from me, T -10 days. Eventually there's a light at the end of the tunnel, and auties tend to immediately think of a speeding freight train, but it isn't always.

    If I had double the amount of monthly pay I have now, I would get driving lessons and eventually a car. Isolated living with extremely limited public transportation is detrimental to my sanity.

    Wow, that does sound awful. Not having a car and living in a suburban area like where my mom lives (and where I'm temporarily staying) would seriously make me think of hurting myself after a while.

    A bloke took his new girlfriend to a party but when they got there they were told that it was a costume party and they couldn't come in without a costume. The bloke whispered in his girlfriend's ear and she climbed up on his back. He said "There you go, I'm a turtle. This is Michelle.".

    Here's an idea I came across a few years ago - "A mother will pick one of her sons and degrade him until he can barely function in society. Then he will support her when the father bolts." I feel like my own life may resemble that remark. But it could just be me . . .
