What happened? This doesn't sound like you. Thought things were better? You offer so much life and joy. You are very creative, and sensitive. It's difficult for sensitive people. Not a easy path.

How can you feel guilty for something that you didn’t do? You just exist. It’s a fact, not something that you had any control over. If you really think your words through, I think you will realize that not everybody would have an easier life without you. This is not logic. This is the cruel inner voice. I don’t think you should listen to this voice.

That sounds like depression more than anything else--You don't have to feel guilty for existing; that's not right or correct. Please don't do that to yourself. It is probably time to bring that up to a therapist.
