Haven’t had a hysterectomy myself (as I’m a decade younger than you IIRC, unfortunately hysterectomies sadly aren’t performed on ppl that are young (18-35ish I guess in most cases unless there are exceptions).

I like the tone of your voice. Some women have very high pitched voices that go up a couple of registers when they get excited, those tones cause me physical pain and I have to leave the room. I think some women culture that sound deliberately because they think it sounds cute.

I like the lower register of voices in women, they are so calming vs the high pitched ones.
Similar to my spouse's voice. In the ancient days of analog when I first called my future spouse I was struck by her voice and while we talked frequently, planning our road trip, I relished every opportunity to hear her. She thought I sounded younger than I was.
