I feel like eating a bag of Ruffles potato chips. I am depriving myself of that and beer today. Deprivation for self improvement.

I wish it were Friday night so I could stay up late. Ah, well, just two more days.
I got a couple of brand new carbon nonstick skillets for my birthday. They are very nice. I plan on getting a ton of use out of them.
I am craving hot garlic beef for dinner. Looks like a trip to a restaurant is in my near future.

Everybody in my office has the stomach bug today. Bloody hell, this sucks.
I lost 10lbs this January.
Something in my life has to change ASAP. I am feeling trapped and I would rather self-destruct than stay still where I have been for a while. Not quite suicidal, though - I would rather take more helpful action than to do that.
One of my 4TB external drives just died an undignified death. I lost 4TB of anime just now.
I went from massive fury into passing out tonight, but at least I was able to keep a calm outward appearance when I was offline.
Weekend is beginning. I will start with a cup of peppermint tea and a short nap when I get home. Then a trip to the sauna at the gym. -
