Can I make a suggestion? 30 day trial to Audible. Gives you 1 free audiobook credit. Get "The Myth of Normal" by Gabor Mate. I think you'd find it eye opening. You suffer a lot with your health, and I feel this book might help give you much needed insight onto how to improve, and why Dr's approaches might not be the most helpful.

It's not New Age stuff by the way. It's written by a retired Dr who specialises in trauma, addiction and he spent 10 years writing the aforementioned book, and highlights numerous studies on how our upbringing, parents, and lives as a whole, directly affects disease and afflictions we encounter.

In the past few months, this has become my sleep schedule too. I don't mind it, though. I like the quiet time to do my things before work. But, it can be weird. I prefer 9-4, really.

I tend to sleep arround 8 to 10 pm and wake up about 4 to 6 am. So its quite similar.
