Slow in what regard? Processes etc? How long have you worked there? I find I rush most of my work, so it's usually littered with errors.

I don't know how to proceed in some of the cases and no one helps me so i Just let them be if there is no deadline. I know it is wrong but i can barely keep up with my current workload. I am slow at everything, bc i cant concentrate with everyone talking at the same time and i cant move on from one project to other easily

Did you voice that to them? If the workload isn't manageable, and people aren't there to assist when you need help, then that is all on the company. That isn't your problem. If they want the situation to improve, they need to be willing to admit to the problems and help deal with them. You can only do what you can. Don't risk burnout.

To other people, workload isn't a problem. My employer repeatedly said that there is not much workload and others Agreed.
He keeps saying to ask him when i have a question but i can barely talk to him on a Regular basis since he is always busy and doesn't want to be interrupted.

I remember my first job which I really despised. Truth be told, it wasn't so much the work itself as not knowing what to do most of the time and having a complete buttock for a boss. He would yell at me when I made a mistake and told me I should have asked him, and he would also yell at me when I asked a question because I should know it. I had no idea what to do. Luckily it was just a summer job.

I am working in a way. I'm working on a Master degree. Truth be told, I'm not really great at that either, but at least the people are nicer. I continued to work other jobs after that experience, and it was never close to being that bad.

Truth be told, my best job ever was working in a warehouse for alcoholic beverages placing boxes of beer and wine onto pallets and wrapping it in plastic. It was nice because the instructions were very clear, you could just do your job and listen to music all day and no-one bothered you.
