Had them as a kid, but not anymore. Although I did wake up at 3.30 this morning after dreaming about a demon doing poltergeist stuff in my room.

My recurrent nightmares stopped once I faced them. Then another different one may start, If I did not faced it, it became the next recurrent one. As I gained more controll over my life, I stopped having them (or reminding them).

When I have some stress source in my life, I tend to have nightmares again. By solving the stressing issue, they fade.
