You have to build your personality up. Also, I've never once heard you mention how attractive any of the girls at work are, which could also play into this. Go LOOK for girls and be something worth finding when you do find one.

The ones I find attractive already have boyfriends. Historically, I’ve worked with middle-aged to elderly women who were married or divorced. No, I would’ve not dated any of the divorced ones because there was no common interests and they often lectured me which I didn’t like. I also didn’t find them attractive.
