    its what I remember from horseriding it's just when you're not used to using those muscles a lot.
    i'm nearly 48 it's like Mia said you're just slow I think it partly depends on your immune system and if you heal well .
    as supposed to take it easy today, instead i skied into a tree. nothing a bath and Ibuprofen can’t fix.

    I was keeping a tree pad that I skied earlier I forgot to break on this one turn, got cocky and paid for it. hit the tree with the right side of my body, and deflected off as well as one could hope for hitting a tree.
