Asperger's and difficulty with authority figures

Yes, because my brain require to understand the reason for things. Especially if those things impact me. I think it's less relevant whether an authority figure is the source, rather it has to do with lack of information and/or unwillingness to share it (by the person). It's more a frustration...

It's shorter, more concise. «tilsynelatende snakker jeg ikke Norsk». I am not conscious to most of the Norwegian grammar (I just speak it), but I can translate English for u, if u leave profile posts. Ok. Too many separate posts.

Another alternative to «fremfor andre» is «tilsynelatende» which means «being seen by others», probably there exist a better translataion for that word than my 4... But it's the general meaning. «Jeg er alltid for sjenert til å praktiserere tilsynelatende».

Putting the object «andre» to preposisjonen «fremfor» translates to «before others» or «in front of others». So the sentence becomes «I am always too shy to practice my Norwegian pronounciation and grammar in front of others».

And maybe, because you're (always) too shy to practice Norwegian, that would imply in front of other people, right? So, just saying «praktisere» means shy to practice anywhere. «Jeg er alltid for sjenert til å praktisere min Norske uttale og grammatikk fremfor andre». «Uttale» is like Statement...

You seem to have that sentence correct. Another word for «praktisere» is «øve». I was raised in Sør-Trøndelag, therefore I speak the dialect of «trønderskt», though the dialect of «bokmål» is used for business / school / government matters, etc. Your sentence in trønderskt «men æ e allti for...

    Anyone using Linux?

It's also kind of an escape for me, because I feel safe in it. I've written my own scripts for things like backup, connecting to wireless, sending / receiving / decoding / reading email, capturing the desktop, merging videos and audio, downloading from various sites. I've replaced BASH with...

    Anyone using Linux?

Linux is a magical world of user creativeness. There are tons of programs written for it, usually available at no monetary cost + source code is usually there. It's an information overload, because so many shares their knowledge. It's a place that I use to find unobtrusiveness. I tell my...

"Meet the First Couple to Have an All-Autism Wedding"

She must be talking about the exclusion of the shallowness of weddings in general. Close friends would still invite you. That article is somekind of mind twist.

Super anxious and could use some help

I went to high school. I'd get pissed because certain fellow students would assume me an hyper intelligent being, just because I was the silent type, and I didn't bond with anyone. It eventually became really hurtful and annoying. They'd underestimate my social comprehension by having one of...

    Screaming mind

That depends. Is this person bothering you? If that's true, then yes, you must do it. Otherwise it'll just continue. Though, if it's just a person to whom you've gotten liking, then it could seem strange for him/her. However, there are no rules to social interaction in reality. If it's the...

    Cherished Memories

Transitioning between the chaotic mess that is kindergarten to a tiny rectangular region in the corner covered by two bookshelves.

    Screaming mind

Plan a series of logic statements that will reveal how you feel. If they are not convinced, then I would suggest you shout to their faces or reveal some sort of emotion, such that it'll become more obvious.
