    Don't worry, it's nothing harmful. You see, my therapist likes me to listen to hypnosis tracks to treat my autism as part of my therapy, she does her own sometimes during our appointments

    And there is this youtube channel where this girl records hypnotic inductions that puts you in some kind of relaxing situation. When you wake up from it it is very refreshing!

    I'm calm and relaxed right now. But at times I have been anything but... messing with your brain chemistry can send you down some very dark places. You've got to be careful what you take into your body. So many have self-destructed, physically and mentally.

    Everything is chemical. The very air you breath could be polluted with chemicals.

    I badly injured my thumb over the weekend but I’m fine! Trust me, you would know if it needed to be amputated. I was up all night thinking I needed stitches, but urgent care looked at it the next morning and put a bandage and some Neosporin on it. Lol

    I DID almost lose a thumb two years ago. But that one required immediate action. Finger surgery is very minor though compared to other surgeries I’ve had. But my best advice would be to get it looked at if it’s swollen and painful.

    An icepack immediately after an injury can help manage swelling and yes, get it checked out if there is any chance of it being broken so it doesn't heal wonky and stop you from becoming a world-class pianist!

    I got mom a Golden Girls coloring book & some nice incense today. She was so happy :) And I was so proud of myself!
