    Intrusive Thoughts?

Wow...me too. These thoughts are sometimes so frightening . And sometimes I think I loose friends because of the absolute anxiety . It is a form of anxiety I'm sure. When I went to group therapy for Social Anxiety ( very stressful on its own) they said we had to re-train our brains out of...

Some days I can't leave the house? Advice?

I agree with soup! I've been going through this for my whole life. I have a small group of friends now. People who make me uncomfortable are out! Eating disorders/aspies

Quintin chose Banana as his 'fruit' to try eating regularly and Potato as his 'vegetable' . I'm ok with this. One day he may choose a green or red fruit or veg. I'm pretty sure I also have PDD NOS as well so I'm doing what I can to help him without giving myself a nervous breakdown . Q

Not only does Quintin love W, he loves going on YouTube and finding any Alphabet song he can. He loves the Alphabet so much that he even started learning the Sweedish alphabet because it was on YouTube:)

    My little boy

I'm ok with the lengthy potty training. Does anyone know the amount a smallish four year old should be eating in order to thrive? I'm using 'pediasure' as a supplement now ( it has 26 vitamins & minerals) since he is an extremely fussy eater.
