    Internet Connectivity Problem. Help Please

Honestly? I don't know if that would help. You could give it a go if you can get it working. WHen you first log in after reset it should present you with that option, but I can't say for sure because I can't find a manual for that router. But TBH, it's not great to have it running as a router...

    Internet Connectivity Problem. Help Please

Sorry, I should have been clearer. Without going into too much detail (although I can if you want, and I really CAN) it's organised in layers. Let's pretend we have a weird house where everyone is in a different room. They would like to communicate. At the lowest level, there's the connection...

    Internet Connectivity Problem. Help Please

No problem, happy to lend a hand if needed. It's tricky to offer advice without knowing how things are set up at your place. Typically you wouldn't use a router in the middle of your network because it offers things that aren't needed at that point and makes things more complicated. But perhaps...

    Internet Connectivity Problem. Help Please

By incoming, do you mean the line from your starlink that heads out to the office? If so that needs to go in the WAN port. Happy to have a chat using the, ermmmm, chat function here to help you fix it at some point.

You have good taste! Not many people recognise it.

    Internet Connectivity Problem. Help Please

Hmmm. I'm not beaten yet. So just to make sure we're speaking the same language. The modem is the last thing that connects to the cable that goes out your house, if you have a wired connection. The job of the modem is to convert the signals on your internal network to a signal that heads off...

    Internet Connectivity Problem. Help Please

Just to check. You connection to the outside world is Starlink, and that's it, right? No second connection from a service provider in your office? So it sounds to me like your Starlink device gives you wifi, and then there's a cable running from that to the office, and then, I guess, you have a...

    Nvidia 50 Series

I'm trying to work out if I want to get a high spec laptop or keep my current device and go for a desktop. I don't like desktops at all, TBH. My laptop goes everywhere with me. Here's the dilemma. I need to be able to fine tune decent sized opensource AI transformers. Generally more VRAM means...

Does anybody else here have experience with or advice on Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria?

It's funny. When you go to ADHD forums, people bring the term up often. On ASD forums it's almost like it's just part of the scenery for many with autism. I don't think it's a very helpful term because I think the outward reactions and traits can come from a number of directions which means they...

The overlap of ADHD and ASD and controversy surrounding it. Can we talk about it?

ASD levels are assigned on the basis of the level of support required. That's kind of unfortunate because it means that if you've developed coping mechanisms, no matter how unhealthy these may be, you might be diagnosed as requiring less support. Example: people who have substance abuse issues...

Does soda or other caffiene drinks give you a bad feeling

Used to drink about 1g of caffeine a day before I started ADHD meds. It made me a little jittery but also able to focus. Can't believe how much I used to have. Found out after that 1.2g too quick causes seizures.

I have autism but I rarely stim?

I think it varies depending on what people expect of you based on outward appearance. I think I'd be laughed out the place if i got a toy out and started playing. I'm not bothered about what people think, but I need to get along so I can earn money, etc. That said I can't prevent some stims...

    My mother cut me off.

Agreed. As far as punishments go, this one sounds like it's a bit of a winner for you: "Tony, because you were rude I'm going to let you become more independent and have more control over your finances" "Mother, noooo..... hang on"

    Might I be AuDHD?

What else have you found out?

    Might I be AuDHD?

How interesting, thanks for the insight. I guess technically neither condition precludes those activities. For example, I'm not sure being autistic means you can't climb trees, sing opera, learn to fly, ride carnival attractions or ride a horse. I think plenty of autistic people are energic and...
