    Thanks for the reply. I won't be seeing CAMHs because i'm over 18 now anyway. I just wondered whether if they say the waiting list is 8-12 weeks, I will get the letter in 8-12 weeks or an actual appointment! It's too long :( <_<

    Hi. I went to the doctors yesterday to be referred. If you haven't already I would at least go by myself to the GP and ask for a referral as the waiting list for a psychiatrist is 8-12 weeks!

    Yeah but last time i went to him for 'depresion' (didn't have it), he referred me to someone else, so mabye he can do the same this time. I don't know any ohter ways of finding psychologists :unsure:

    I refuse to touch bins and toilet lids. It's weird cause even if i do accidentely (like with a finger tip), i feel contaminated and have to scrub it clean!!!

    I just wanted some aspie opnions of what's aspergic and what's normal. I want to see a psychologist but i've heard it can take months for a diagnosis whereas i would prefer just a 'Yes' or 'No' answer. Thank you for your response :lol:
