    Correct, the double barrelled question doesn't allow the user to specify whether they 1) receive services or 2) want to. Instead, it groups them together in a similar pool for data purposes. Questions beyond the initial "screening" questions go into further detail into services received/desired.

    I agree, if you wanted to select yes. Per our requirements we need screening questions to eliminate those who do not wish to receive services, have services, or won't aid in obtaining the required data. Therefore we are required to have questions like this which allow an exit for an outcome.

    Thank you for your input! The point of our screening questions are to screen those who's data will assist this research. Having an initial Yes/No questions about current services being received or desired helps the the goal of this study.
