    Anyone have depression?

    I had a horrible outburst of depression a few years ago, I still have marks because of self harm. I contemplated suicide. I went to therapists, and although that did help, I personally think that the best help was from talking to friends and family.

    What would be the point/ I mean, you could pretend to socialize like an NT, but it would all be fake, in the words of just about every person who's ever lived ''be yourself''

    I liked ''Aspergers syndrome, the universe and evrything'' by Kenneth Hall, which I had to read when I was diagnosed for the third time (!) Highly recommended

    Well, I'm too young to drive, and won't be able to drive when I'm older for medical reasons, but yeah, I find go carting and other things like that impossible
