    I can have small talk with anyone, but can't bring any friendship to next level. I had some friendships in high school that all broke up at the university, and now I have same sort of weak friendship at university.

    Full blood panel is all good. Glucose was even a bit low, so no diabetes.

    Yes, liver enzymes in blood are good, and the liver looks good on ultrasound.

    I have persistent physical symptoms for years. Some are constant and some are come and go. The top constant symptoms are chronic fatigue, waking up feeling unrefreshed and also constant thirst, dry mouth, frequent urination and also dry eyes.     Advice on social skills, friendships, etc.

    When someone says to me something is inpolite, I get ashamed and memorize that this is inpolite. Like I add it to a list of inpolite things. Reading body language is harder. Here you can't just tell someone to do it. Probably can be improved, but requiers exercies.

    Your normal body temperature

    I sometimes get strange events with mild chills, muscle aches and 37,5 degree fever that pass in few hours and no ilness develops.

    I'm not sure if this would be autism. It sounds like you had friends whole childhood. You maybe just weren't lucky to get a close friend and a girlfriend. In 18 year olds not drinking unfortunently can be cause for non inviting you. ADD might be more likely description for poor focus in school...

    At what age did you get that Asperger diagnosis? I think that if your social intelligence came naturally that it's not Asperger's. The other possibility is that you learned all those social skills and that's why you are socially intelligent now. I personally feel that I need to compensate...
