    This decade was a waste

I find myself on the opposite end. ****** teens and 90% of my 20s being ******- particularly financial and social wise. I've long given up on the social aspect crap. But, I hope for significant financial change throughout my late 20s and 30s (turning 27 this month).

    How reclusive/sociable are you?

No public transportation/car= Hermit & reclusive (my current situation). With transportation= Asocial[?] I get out way more, yet it will still be done alone. Social, Work, or School Scenes= Can't relate to or connect with the people.

    Underemployment

Master's Degree, unemployed (had several interviews yet rejected due to 'better-qualified candidates'), and somewhat disgusted. Currently looking at temp/contractor work 'for now'. It's even worse that most job application processes go like this these days: phone interview-> online test...

If you are an Aspie in a Foreign Land. How do you cope??

I once lived in a country alone with minimal public transportation and was car-less/couldn't drive. For me, I obviously try to do my research on customs, cities/attractions and download a lot of offline maps before throwing myself into a new environment. Then, 80% of the time I always seem to...

Sanctioned for Being Single or Alone

This sounds like a pretty good idea. Will definitely try this next time for any intense staring. Thanks for the tip.

Sanctioned for Being Single or Alone

26F here and I already know I'm staying single until my early to mid 30s due to life mistakes I've made on my end that will take years to repair. It doesn't bother me because Ive long accepted I won't have a standardized life (marriage by mid/late 20s, house, kids, nice house/car, settle down)...

Any advice on joining the US Army

My interests are cybersecurity/IT and aerospace-related crap. So, I'm leaning more towards the Airforce or the Navy-especially if my employment situation does not get any better soon. The job market sucks for my field if you don't have 5+ years of experience (cyber security). Then, I'm also...

Do you talk with yourself outloud?

I only do it for crap that I need to bring up to another person or for ideas/perspectives I want to share. So mostly for imaginary conversation purposes. I obviously only do it if no one is around or within close distance though.

I am having trouble getting along with people at work

Glad that things have turned around for you. People are rather quick to change when someone at a higher level position warns them of their malicious actions. It's one thing to ignore rude people and hope they change their ways. But, it's another when such people start spreading false lies...
