I once hyperventilated in school, fall down from my chair to floor and the ambulance came lol. hyperventilating is not dangerous, but it scared me really hard and I not know what happened to me the first time. it was caused because of stress and anxiety. I learned to breath right and whenever it came, I learned to prevent it. after some months, I never had it again.

but sometimes I had to leave class, when it was too worse. the noise and many people in the school made it worse. I then went to a better school with less noise and more little classes. I hyperventilated silently, so without me noticing it in the first time. I only noticed it the other times, because I was aware of it.
Its so freaking hot here. I feel like my brain is being cooked

not that warm here today, but still too warm. gladly I don´t sweat much, even when doing sports, but I hate that. winter is best. you don´t sweat. I don´t like the feeling of sweating.
Started watching some cooking videos and somehow landet by a guy ranking dance dance revolution controllers. I didnt even know this game existed before .

Same here. Most of my friends are either several years younger or much older. Getting along with anyone in my age group is a big accomplishment for me.

Definitely the same here. I tend to hang around on news sites where people are 30+ years older than me. I also go to classical concerts with my grandparents and play board games with my uncle and his friends who are 20 years older than me.
I feel like the older i get the worse my autism gets.

I feel that way too sometimes. Stress seems to be the cause of it in some folks. A lot of us end up living more & more stressed-out lives as we age.
Sometimes i feel bad for the people who have to listend to me ranting about my (special) interests.

I feel like this too sometimes. But it’s important to find people that we can talk to about our special interests, who will find the conversation enjoyable :)
