It appears to be titled "Rainbow Ocean", created by "Thelma1".

I found this page which referenced it. The image is credited to Thelma1, In the comments, Thelma1 thanks them for using her image and adds a link to more of her work.

Here's the page for "Rainbow Ocean". She refers to it as a fractal and has a whole lot of other fractals on her page, so I'm guessing this is computer-generated and doesn't exist physically.

It is a pretty dang nice picture.

I keep coming back to stare at this picture. It's captivating, but calming. I might have to make it my desktop background.
