The City of Oddship: Part two

If you want something investigated in the west end, you go to Mr. Ment the Patchwork P.I. He hates the nickname but let's his daughter Patty say it; he got because a case he worked on ended in a house fire resulting in major skin grafts for everything below his nose. You can file an appointment with his secretary, Joan, just don't ask about the mono-eyed half mask if you want to say on her nice side. Other places you might want to visit in the west end include a Burgerville, numerous taverns, and five or so Del Tilas. That's if you want to risk the teenage gangs most of whom go to the boy's middle school in the west end. The girl's middle school is in the east end along with the elementary school. There is one high school, and it is smack dab on the boarder north of center.
