Should Cats be allowed to vote?

I mean think about it, if we give the vote to cats, come on man, they are going to vote so both catnip and weed are legal. Not that I'm against that [psst got an extra blunt?] But that's a lot of whacked out cats...and have you ever seen a cat with an attitude?
