My anger and how I manage it

Over the years, I've had a tendency to completely explode if something bothered me enough.
I've never hurt people, but I sure have frightened a lot of people by the stuff I did while mad. :( Basically I would throw objects and break objects.

I've gotten way better at knowing when to talk to someone and do something to manage my anger before it leads to an explosion, but it can still be hard to do.

I've been drawing horror art in a sketchbook, and find that good for spilling the angry thoughts from my brain.
Another thing I've tried is weight lifting in my bedroom.

Then there's the talking or writing to someone about it, which I need to get better at doing. :)
