Vipassana...

March 2013 I signed up for a 10 day Vipassana mediation retreat.

I did the retreat at Woori Yallock near Melbourne.

What I found interesting, is that the retreat was very aspie friendly. The retreat gives people the environment and teaching to learn a meditation practice. 10 days of No talking, no interacting with fellow meditators, no TV/Radio/Books , two vegetarian meals a day. 10 hours a day of sitting mediation with about 40 other students. Bliss. The funny bit is that NTs are expected to behave like ASD individuals for this period of time.

The mediation itself is a great tool for dealing with anxiety and insomnia and generally coping with Aspergers in an NT world.
