Trying to leave unemployment

As the title says. I stopped working in 2010 (worked at my dad's and he thought I should focus on my studies so I agreed to be let off) but due to panic while searching jobs I couldn't land a job (one such example was crying on the side walk after being practically hired after the interview, because I thought I couldn't do the job.) I have intense agoraphobia and anxiety and well. Never got better. I want to stop being dependent on my husband so I'm searching online jobs. I mostly want to occupy myself, and feel like I can work instead of feeling in danger, in high alert all the time. Feeling depressed and unworthy because of my unemployment status at my age of 38 doesn't help. If you have tips for this, for low stress jobs I'd appreciate any! No matter what they are, everything is appreciated. I mostly want to at least save so i can start therapy and do some medical procedures. (i live in south America). Just. Please be kind. I'm extremely overwhelmed right now.

Thank you!

Lots of people have different ideas about this. I preferred working in industrial areas, working in factories and warehouses, because there's less social interaction in those sorts of jobs. These days they usually pay well too because everyone wants to be a doctor or a lawyer and no one wants to do physical work.

Can you describe what you do enjoy? Like have you considered volunteering? l started a volunteer job at nonprofit association, and the they hired me on for administrative duties. l really enjoyed the position and got along great with the older lady that was next to me. Another idea might be temporary job agency, this gives you a chance to build up your skills and build a resume. Some agencies actually will give you free courses to do online to up your game. Finally your county work placement agency often helps with skill building and job placement.

Post office, mail carrier. Very little interaction with people. Very structured. Great medical and retirement benefits, and they’re always hiring.
