Well hello there! My name is Explosition_Rooster and I'm new here.

While I haven't really been diagnosed with Asperger's Autism, I display enough of the symptoms that it should be easy. But enough about that, what about me?

Well I'm 23 year old male, I enjoy playing video games and drawing on the side along with playing with my cat. Not much else to say as I keep my shell nice and tight. But what I hope to gain here is the information that I need to control my emotions and stop my panic attacks. Plus, I hope to find some friends here.

Welcome New Guy,
I would argue that we don't control our emotions, but we choose to not let our emotions control us. This takes practice. Handling your panic attacks takes practice as well. All are attainable. There are many wise people here that are gracious about sharing and helping.
May your new outlook begin.
