Sorry but I am getting Tech Problems

Hi I am new here and I am been unable to

1. view any members profiles nor look at any of the photos as it seems I am banned
2. I am also unable to use the chat facility thou I can use the shoutbox
3. I am sorry but i am unable to send any PMs even to admins or the mods
4. Unable to access Experience tab

Can someone please help
