Snake habits proofing useful again

In fact, by varying their exposure to the sun or shade, reptiles can raise or lower their body temperature to maintain a prefered body temperature. This process is called behavioural thermoregulation.

I did this years ago, spend about an hour sitting in warm sun in morning...found it to uncomfortable to go back inside. But time constraints meant I ditched habit without realising why I was doing this.

I spent last week sleeping on cold tiles for about 3 hours a day....and was amazed how my muscular pain was eased,
I've tried a cold shower but when it's too cold I freeze up and 20 mins later, I'm wishing I could afford air con. But this was like time release, gentle cooling that absorbed pain, from legs and arms. Wow
So I haven't taken any meds for pain this week and I'm so chuffed, using ice-pack to try reduce my migraines

Do you have any experiences with this
