Overwhelming anxiety

Does this ever happen to you?
Where you get overwhelming anxiety or fearful about something that is going on in your life you do not understand?
I really struggle with foresight and the unknown.
And often long to know how confusing situations work out well for me.

That's understandable. Do you have any way to exercise? This helps with anxiety. I hit the gym to work on anxiety . That maybe too personal to ask you, but maybe if you had something to look forward to? I enjoy ballet class, belly dancing class is fun. My friend loves salsa class. I am able to meditate when l am doing stuff at gym, like not ruminate, or get anxious.
