My stepfather has three blood clots in his lungs currently. He does not deserve this after all of the effort he put into improving his health the last few years. He was a jerk to me when I was kid, but I do not wish something like that upon him. That’s something I would wish upon Charles Manson or somebody of that class instead.

Thanks. He used to be an abusive stepfather who loved smacking me around when I was a child. But blood clots in the lungs are vicious and I do not wish that kind of fate upon him.

Oh no. I'm so sorry to hear about his diagnosis, especially after hearing he was trying to improve. I hope he at least has some treatment options available to him.
