Hi, my name is Kevin and I have audhd late diagnosis 48 years old with childhood trauma and an aquired brain injury. Feeling Living on the wrong planet or atleast in the wrong times. Struggle to connect with nuerotypical people in general. Always misunderstood or over explaining. An unshakeable sense of not being able to handle injustice where its been destructive for me. Emotional regulation issues .

I inherently love everyone. Care for fellow man. Have good morals, will do anything for others , an amazing sense to danger and managing risk, self less, not religious but believe in God. I have not much friends but animals love me. My special intests are psychology of wh6bpeople are the way they, drones and geo-polirics. Ok . Thank you for having me. 😬😊

Oh and timing
Welcome, Kevin! :)

Always nice to have more kind, caring people on board. Make yourself at home!
Oh im just happy to post in the right thread. And forgot to mention my autism stuff. I bite my nails, pick my clothing till it is broken, sound out the emotions of my thoughts, pull faces , sqeeze eyes shut eyes for tention release, behave childish for a lack of a better term. Have been and tge wrong end of narcassistic abuse. Anyways thats a wrap for context.

Hi Kevin, I found out about Asperger's when I was 56, and finally understood my family and my life. As a boy, I thought that what was wrong was that we had evolved for life in nature, and had been overcrowded ever since the invention of agriculture. I still think that the answer to many persistent puzzles in social dynamics can be found by asking if the behaviour would have been advantageous in tribal society.

hi Kevin,

sounds like quite the journey. Late diagnosis is tough. For me it created as many questions as answers but it jist takes time. welcome to a place full of answers.

Hello and welcome! I can relate with the childhood trauma, emotional regulation issues, and struggling to connect with others. I'm also new here but I am hoping that you are able to find a sense of community here :)
I already feel much more connected with people and I have only been here for a few days!
