My hypnosis experiences and how they helped me

As you guys know I've been throwing around the mention of an UltraHypnosis fellow. And you may be frustratingly wondering who is this guy. He's a hypnotist that makes hypnovids on YouTube, with nothing more than a spinning blue-and-purple spiral and his calming voice. All you do is click one, stare and listen, and enjoy your nap.

My favorite hypnos:
Slumber On The Beach
Anesthetc Gas
Five Minute Power Nap
Clear Mind of Stress & Anxiety

Keep in mind this sort of thing doesn't work on every single person, but for those that it does effect, not only could it be kind of fun for you but it could also change your life for the better dramatically.

My favorite so far.

The cool thing about hynposis is it's not just a one time thing like pills are: since your unconscious mind never truly expects the same results, it's tricked into thinking the same thing you're watching is something totally new, and as a result you're once again affected.

Some Side effects of being hypnotized:

The side effects experienced after being hypnotized aren't really a bad thing but they can spook you a little if it's your first time.

- You MAY have a small amount of trouble swallowing or tensing muscles.
- Obviously, you may feel sleepy or tired after the spell is over.
- It is possible for some people to have "positive or negative hallucinations" eg. you're looking for something and it's in plain view but your eyes can't see it, vice versa with positive hallucination
- While under a spell, you may find yourself mumbling or talking faintly to the voice that hypnotized you, or simply to yourself, sometimes repeating a mantra you don't remember hearing
- Bodily movements, especially quick or rapid ones, and sometimes twitching for fidgeting, are common during hypnosis
- It's usually normal to open your eyes momentarily during hypnosis
