I’m a 31 year old guy from the Midwest. I’m autistic and just found out last year. I don’t know who is going to read this but hopefully someone resonates. I’ve recently figured out I long for connection with someone who understands the daily struggles of what being on the spectrum entails. Just someone I can talk with daily who gets it. I’m tired of having bs small talk conversations with people and just being used by them to entertain them so they’re not “bored”. I know there’s people out there who are similar to me. I just haven’t found them yet. I’m not a social person so that includes getting involved in others posts for fear of saying the wrong thing or feeling like I’m getting in your business. I play guitar, sing, and write/record my own music. If any of this resonates with you send me a message. Otherwise, I’ll keep searching. I always will.
