Hi

hi am Alex am 34 from Scotland and i think i may have some form of Pddnos or some form of autism .
I find my self very sensitive to sounds visual , smells and touch.
I cant look at people in the eye when i talk to them and i find that people talking to me makes me feel really bad..i have difficult time making friends and maintaining friendships and relationships.I have problems communicating with people as well and have social anxiety
but this also could be because i have BPD as well so i am unsure weather it that or something else.
