Feeling very lonely, wanting to discuss about history of depression, but the fear of law enforcement getting involved.

That's interesting to read. At least you are comfortable discussing it.Do you think your parents had any idea? His bipolar ruined our marriage, but l tried to read up on it to better understand it.

After the first manic episode, my parents analyzed parts of my childhood and found out that I started to develop Bipolar Disorder at ages 12-13.
 
That's interesting. My ex has manic episodes, but he said lithium is horrible to take for treatment , turns you into a zombie. Sometimes he went off track, usually l told him hey something is not right with you.
