Emotion of happiness

Happiness has always been situational to me. There needs to be something specific to be happy about.
Like others here, Alex I. Themia is one of my oldest "friends".

When things get intense, like outdated, I basically become all business and logic.

Personal question- have you ever been in a relationship with someone who has anger issues? I absolutely adore my partner but he gets really upset a lot… and I just cannot understand or relate. I try to be empathetic, but really I don’t understand. Curious if you have been in a similar situation.
Funnily, but when you ask that question I honestly don't know the answer because it's so hard to tell whether someone is upset with me, or when I'm imagining or exaggerating, so I can't really say if the relationships I'm in have anger--it's like each person and blank canvas
