I understand there is something under "options" to uncheck if I don't want to receive emails when I start a thread, but I receive emails even when my post is a reply. I don't know how to tell the site not to send me emails if I reply to a thread.
 
Visit your own thread and there a link near the top of the page say unwatch thread. Then if you want to watch your thread without email alerts, select watch thread and select the one without email alerts.

Thanks, although I can't go to the reply page because when I hit "post reply" there it thinks I want to upload a file.
