I'm self motivated means stop trying to train me like a rat. I work on ethics, interest and passion, hate that money for some is only consideration.

The 7 laws of human decency; totally agree. However, these are all logical conclusions, and in my experience, it's the emotional and psychological components of human behavior that often override logic.

The landlord-tenant relationship is a 2-way street. For every honest, hardworking, good tenant, there's another that is dishonest and out to screw the landlord out of a month's rent or is stealing from him/her. There certainly are landlords that just refuse to do the minimum and only see the tenant as a revenue stream.

For many boys and men, any positive attention from a female may be interpreted as a "green light" for him to pursue. It may take a while before he realizes that you were just being nice. Most males, NT or ND, are not good at hints, inferences, signals, etc. We talk to other males in very direct language. We aren't good at interpreting female behavior.

I'm glad you agree, that communication is more generally a male issue than just autism. Men are typically more brash, less sensitive to others needs in general, but call his sister one side and she is delightful, so it's not family it's him.

At first I was thinking horiffic crimes against Arabic woman, but aside from being stoned there is the side where woman are protected, the relevance is that even in West a girl should avoid a short skirt due to men being visual creatures. And to certain degree Muslims do make sense in that prevent social sleeze and total moral decay. It's nice to believe we could evolve past this but sadly society hasn't addressed foundations for common decency to exist as pleasant way without indicating sexual attachment, perhaps that nullify the mystery or subtle social q that has existed for all time. Would impose strict rules on meetup places taking from possibility that one day out of blue: we saw each other, but a lot of annoyances from both sides along the way.
For moral purposes she thinks of her children as opposed to sex all day, or all chaos would break out if roles were share reversed.

I think some of agents tend to be on owners side, as in for long term rental of property. This is second time I'm not finding agent is considering law above the lease or tenants rights. Last time we received incorrect bill, set Meter reading to last bill... I was informed I had to pay half to prevent termination of services. Unwarranted bill is legally not binding but agent brushed it off as not being that much money. But um, it was R800 bill for no usage on top of usual bill.
During ongoing loadshedding (phase 3) the fridge defrosted and water eventually damaged kitchen counter where chipboard is broken /collapsing. I told owner long ago but they somehow don't want to accept this.

This system is making my life so unpleasant, there's this so called rental tribunal but takes too long, if resolve as heard others also unhappy. I prefer to go off the grid as I've fixed enough with ADHD in family, I've choked down lost deposit but that isn't every time. I fixed the roof which was our fault, so not like I'm not being civil.
When tenant needs to move the deposit used to secure new house but if current landlord withholds this then tenant looses rights, unfair practice and tribunal isn't fast turn around time. There's also tiles coming off bathroom wall due to house being old. It's just miserable that owner thinks I'm responsible and is trying his luck.

He's implemented annual increase, much to my unhappiness due to lack notice and I'm so tired of him that I'm busy looking at maintenance and upkeep and shower drain was worn and listed as damaged when moved in. I'm considering using my talents in lying or distrustful way to give him taste of this. Considering washing something down there to block drain and make life equally as miserable.

I've spoken to family again, that for few years I believe this would be route to go. Also with being somewhat self sustainable my son can be provided better for, he can try work part time but not have stress if he can't cope. I know someone who's lived in half way house for over a decade and it's not what I would choose.
Thinking of seriously doing this despite crime, but I want my own open land as others are not reliable in long term, as in staying on others land is not security. It's almost like being serf that works land but has no entitlement to make laws to govern own life or security.

While I do agree that women, in general, are more altruistic in what they do. They think of the well-being of their family. They put a lot of effort into their family and home. However,....in all fairness, it's not that simple.

Most married men, on the other hand, are more likely to not initiate a divorce primarily out of a sense of responsibility to their family. Most will weather the storm if given the choice. They can be unhappy and still stick with their partner, whereas, the woman might not.

Different brains. Different motivational factors. Too many variables to count.

I'm not talking about role as sex or mother, I mean the secretary is polite reasoning behind customer service, that boss is too busy playing golf.
Woman are keepers of many social arrangements, siblings with sisters are better at socialising. Then could also count all dirty work within glue....

Sadly mom's given custody because men can be very selfish, too much not wired raise kids, and if men lived with love and no pay = unconditional love and all dirty laundry ND work) they'd quit or divorce too. If men were kindergarten teachers and also on nappy duty the pay increase would be amazing but I doubt kids have as much emotional regulation, yet it's viewed as job for stupid women? Um about that one.
Back to secretary and organisational skills and um, do own filling, fetch own laundry, sit on hold, skip beer lunches, play less golf and when you get home don't put feet up, wash dishes. Ha-ha never believe to see it.

There were mostly coloured nurses at my mom's old age home. The woman usually do (glued-dirty) cleaning... There was demon_scientist on forum who promoted micro-dosing perhaps a male psychiatrist at German asylum saluted as he gave it to patients {who knows} perhaps the sherade was one of centerpiece stage on public arena. {Then there'd be janitors and blond nurses that have not more than aesthetical value} snoop dog was around back in 1945 ND replaced meth with roomz n weed the gas chambers would fitted laughing gas instead, what an influence that'd be. I'ver stoped my muscle relaxants and opted to sleep the pain off, possibly rest good thing with back injury.

But I'll never forget the historical comics about male doctors with forceps being one scariest movements in history, too many casualties to be swept under the carpet.
