I used to get the blue one (cool mint I think it was called). I never tried gargling it though, I would just swish it around my mouth which became sore after a while because of it's strong flavour. I found a video on how to gargle. There's videos for everything these days. [link]
 
That stuff burns when I tried using that... It did also used to leave my mouth feeling sore but the good thing about this stuff is that the product itself seems to be working pretty well.

So I suppose it's actually worth it. :)
 
I only do that when I have a cold, otherwise I use the alcohol free type mouthwash.
 
I read somewhere recently that to gargle with mouthwash immediately after brushing cancels out the benefits of the toothpaste which in turn cancels out the benefits of the mouthwash, can anyone verify as I simply haven’t the will just now ; ]
