Been called a hero today, I was going toward work this morning seeing a guy beat up his girlfriend stopping right away. Got out and memories of Marines boot camp came in handy , got my right arm around his neck and wrestled him down to the ground holding him down. Told him he was messing with a Marine with him thinking it was funny. He did get away and did not learn well more, came back with a knife. I carry a .45 Kimber having a CCW permit. I pulled that out on him with one finger on the trigger. Told him stop and stay there until the cops came. Cops came and arrested him. Luckily the cops that came know me and knew I have a CCW permit having it on hand. He was arrest for domestic violence on her and assault with a deadly weapon on me. Her parents came and saw it was me thanking me including her also thanking me for my service. Good thing is my 2 older brothers know me very well and see I am not afraid to use a gun for self defense saying this glock commercial saying they picked the wrong girl in it,
