Aspergers Expert Tony Attwood Recommends L.A. Noire

I have the game myself. I would say that so far it has helped me to read some facial expressions. At the start I wasn't very good at it but am gradually improving as I progress through the game. The facial animations are very realistic, however, most of the "reading" centres around whether you think a suspect is telling the truth, lying or holding back. Thus, it wont help you in understanding a wide range of facial expressions.
