    Do you have problems falling asleep?

    I found really hard to fall asleep, I may go to bed and turn off all lights at 11pm but I will fall sleep 2h later or sometimes 2am and nothing. I have read that autistic people have a lot of brain activity, higher than NT's and that may cause sleep problems. I usually keep rolling in my bed...
